AT&T and Verizon experienced nationwide outage affecting inter-carrier call connectivity on Tuesday evening, which was resolved by 8 PM ET. Both carriers reported that their networks were operating normally apart from specific regional issues in the Northeast and Midwest during peak hours. The FCC investigated customer complaints regarding wireless call disruptions.
