Google is finding itself i a bit of a row with Gemini Data Inc. with the US PAtent and Trademark Office refusing Googles attempts to register “Gemini” trademark.
Noting even a humorous admission by Google’s AI chatbot regarding the trademark issue that it was infringing on Gemini Data Inc’s trademark.
the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued refusals to register Google’s federal trademark applications for GEMINI… based on an alleged likelihood of confusion with Gemini Data’s registered marks.
Interestingly, even Google Gemini reported that Gemini Inc. owns the trademark.
